The PM-80 pasta machine, pictured here, can produce a fantastic range of pasta with all the ease of the small machines but with greater output.

PM-80 has a 5 kg flour hopper and can make 15 to 17 kg of pasta per hour. It is a freestanding machine and is supplied complete with an integrated stand, a ventilator and the pasta cutter, shown here cutting 20mm rigatoni made using semolina and pasteurised Italian egg yolks. The pasta is shown held on our pasta tray, which is a mesh-based wooden tray and is ideal for storage or retail presentation.

The dough roller, shown above, is used to prepare pasta sheet for use in the B90 ravioli machine. It clamps onto the front of the die and is controlled by the pasta machine. We would recommend the PM-80 as the ideal pasta machine to partner the ravioli machines.

PM-80 is the largest machine in our range with a single-phase 13 amp power supply. Model PM-96 has an 8 kg hopper producing 25 to 30kg per hour and the largest pasta machine in our range, the PM-120 has two x 6kg hoppers for continuous extrusion at a rate of 50kg per hour. Both models are fitted with a water jacket to keep the extruding chamber cool and are available as 3-phase machines only.
